MORNINGTON APARTMENT RENOVATION

Over the past year I've been working with customers who bought an apartment in Mornington and wanted to renovate it. We started with the kitchen and since then have been working through flooring and bathroom selections. It's come up a treat, take a look at some of these most recent photos. 

Before starting out, my customers found and loved this bench top, it's a product called 'Dekton' colour  Trilium. https://www.cosentino.com/en-au/colours/dekton/trilium/ 

Dekton is a product composed of porcelain, glass and minerals, its super stain, fire and heat resistant, so it was a no brainer in terms of durability. We teamed it with 2 pac cabinet doors in the colour Dulux Domino, and introduced a timber element with shelves made from Polytec Boston Oak. 

In the bathrooms, we selected a brilliant wall tile with concrete textured finish to compliment Dekton Trilium in use for the vanity benchtops.  The right lighting always sets off a 3D feature, so a back lit mirror did the trick. The tap-ware is gunmetal grey colour purchased from Rogerseller in Richmond.
