SELECTING THE BEST EXTERIOR WHITE FOR AN ALL WHITE PALM SPRINGS LOOK.

How fortunate am I to work on so many beautiful homes, I honestly have the best job! 

In a recent consultation, I was called to assist the owners with a home in Mt Martha to select their exterior colour palette. I was desperate to give it the new, all white makeover. 

The house was originally coloured in a balinese, light mocha brown render with merbau timber decking and pool arbour, my vision was for a much lighter Greek Island style. Talking with the owners and selling them my vision wasn't very difficult.

We had to work the paint colours with new mod-wood timber decking and paving around the pool which my customers had samples of, this made it a lot easier in selecting the right white. After a process of elimination we ended up with Dulux Mt Aspiring, a luminous, fresh, natural and light white with a slightly warm undertone. It was perfect for the west facing, Melbourne Bay view home. 

For an accent we used Dulux Stone River on all pool decking and pool cabana timbers.
